Refund Policy

At Nia Consulting Group, we aim to keep things fair and straightforward.

Coaching packages are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

If you decide to discontinue coaching:

• Unused, prepaid sessions will be refunded.

• Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

If Nia Consulting needs to end the agreement for any reason, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded in full.

Cancellations and rescheduling are managed in line with the terms outlined in your Coaching Agreement.
