All fees for coaching or consulting services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is required prior to commencement of services

  • Fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your Coaching Agreement. These terms apply to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, resources and materials, is the property of Nia Consulting Group unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are confidential and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Coaching Agreement.

  • Nia Consulting Group is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.
